applications, or related services, attend online / virtual trial classes / training classes as a student.
This Privacy Policy sets out how CoderOgres uses and protects any information that you give when you use
this learning platform and services. CoderOgres is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.
Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified while using or registering
for the services and you can be assured it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
CoderOgres may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from
time to time to ensure that you are aware with any changes.
PLEASE NOTE BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. SHOULD YOU
NOT AGREE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR ANY OTHER AGREEMENT THAT GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, YOU
SHOULD NOT USE THE SERVICES IN ANY FORM.
COLLECTING INFORMATION
Registering as a student: You may register or enroll on the platform as a User. Minors are not
allowed to register or enroll on the platform as a student on their own. Parents / legal Guardians will have
to register on behalf of Students for services that require login credentials.
Personal Information: We collect certain data from you directly. This could include information about
you that you enter yourself, or information about you that is entered by your parent/legal guardian (in case
of a minor), when you register or enroll, in trial classes, training sessions/classes or when you request
for information or data, or download information and content, or data you provide when you are accessing the
platform, mobile applications and other services. The information provided by you being confidential for all
practical purposes, including name and other related data, shall be used by CoderOgres as per this
privacy
policy. However, CoderOgres is not liable for any data theft or misuse of data provided by you due to
unauthorized use of CoderOgres or due to viruses and /or other material, which is malicious or
technologically harmful to the CoderOgres.
USING YOUR INFORMATION
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, enroll for ‘Services’ or use the platform
or mobile applications in the following ways:
- to personalize / customize your learning experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and service offerings for which you have registered for;
- to allow us to make our services more efficient, in response to your feedback/ requests;
- to quickly process your transactions;
PROTECTING USER INFORMATION
The Company stores all information, including Personal Information, that Users give in electronic form on
web servers and cloud computing platforms. Additionally, the user information could occasionally be taken on
a physical form for requirements such as record-keeping. Regardless of how user information is stored, the
Company will maintain the privacy of all user information and will only disclose user information to Company
employees and data processors who need access to and are involved in processing user information. These
parties are obligated to keep user information private and confidential.
We are committed to protecting the information we receive from you. We employ strict

of data stored on our system. We have implemented encryption, SSL, firewalls, and internal restrictions
on who may access data to protect our Platform/app and the information we collect from loss, misuse,

(SSL) technology to provide for the secure transmission of the information from your personal computer
to our servers to encrypt your credit card number/ debit card number, or other payment and personal
information. In addition, only those third parties who absolutely need access to your information in
order to work on behalf of the Company are allowed such access.
Despite the foregoing, the Company is not liable for any security breaches, the actions of
any third parties who obtain user information, or any other occurrences outside of its reasonable
control, such as governmental acts, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage
devices, computer crashes, breaches of security and encryption, etc.
USER RIGHTS
You can choose not to provide certain data to us, but you may not be able to access some aspects of the
Services offered by us. You can also get in touch with us with specific inquiries concerning your personal
data.
CONTROLLING USER INFORMATION
You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
- If you believe that any information, we have about you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect or incomplete.

USERS OBLIGATIONS
You shall not give the Company or other Users any information that you believe could be harmful or
detrimental to your career. You must not produce or otherwise transmit any content that might be construed
as harmful, violent, offensive, racist, or that might otherwise contravene the goals and principles of the
Company. You are not permitted to divulge any personal information that you have learned about while
enrolled in a course or otherwise obtained. At CoderOgres, we take these principles seriously, thus any
breach of this Privacy Policy may result in the Company restricting, suspending, or terminating your account
and any associated permission to access the platform/apps.
NOT TO SHARE PASSWORD / OTP
In order to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of the personal information
you provide to us and that we collect and store, CoderOgres implements the necessary security measures.
Depending on the nature and sensitivity of the data, these measures change. It is your duty to keep your
password and OTPs secure because they are a crucial component of our security system. You shouldn't disclose
your password or OTP with anyone. If you feel your password or account has been compromised, you should
change it right away and contact info@coderogres.com with details and concerns.
ACCESSING, UPDATING, AND DELETING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You can access and update your personal data that CoderOgres collects and maintains. To update data
you
provide directly, log into your account and update your account at any time using valid password / OTP.
You can make changes to or delete your account. You may request us to terminate your
account and personal data by writing an email to us at to info@coderogres.com. Parents who do not
want
us to maintain personal information of their minor children should get in touch with us for assistance
in removing/deleting such data. For your protection, we may require that the request be sent through the
email address associated with your account, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing
your request. Please be aware that even after the termination of your account, some or all of your data
might still be accessible to other users, which includes, without limitation, any information that has
been copied, stored, or shared by other users; any information that has been shared or distributed by
you or others; or any information that has been posted to a third-party platform. Even after your
account is closed, we may continue to keep your information in order to comply with legal requirements,
settle disputes, or uphold our agreements. Even after your account has been closed, we may continue to
keep and disclose such data in accordance with this privacy policy.
UNSUBSCRIBE
If you have opted-in to receive our e-mail newsletter / communication, we may send you periodic e-mails.
Having said that, we provide all users with the opportunity to not to choose receiving non-essential
(promotional, marketing-related) communications from us. You have the option to unsubscribe emails if you no
longer want to receive e-mail or other communications from CoderOgres. We provide two easy ways to opt out
of from future communications / solicitations.
- You may use the opt-out or unsubscribe link found in any email solicitation that you might receive.

USING COOKIES
Like many platform/apps, we use "cookies" to enhance your experience and gather information about
visits to
our platforms.

You acknowledge and understand that this platform/app may also contain links to other platform/apps, which
are not controlled and operated by CoderOgres and therefore CoderOgres accepts no liability or
responsibility for any loss or damage occasioning due to use of these links; the information submitted by
the user to the linked platform/apps will be subject matter of concerned platform/app and shall be governed
in accordance with the privacy policy of concerned platform/app and CoderOgres will have no liability
or
responsibility arising out of use of such personal data by concerned platform/app. Nonetheless, we seek to
protect the integrity of our platform/app and welcome any feedback about these linked platform/apps
(including if a specific link does not work).
FORCE MAJEURE
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy, Force Majeure clause will apply and CoderOgres
will not
be liable or responsible in case any loss, damage is caused or misuse of your personal information occurs if
such loss, damage is attributable to any Force Majeure event like acts of God, civil commotion, strikes,
war, riots etc.
UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will govern our use &
reference of your information and will always be available for your review at our Platform/app. Any changes
to this Privacy Policy are subjected without prior notice to you. As permitted by applicable law, if you
continue to use the Services after the effective date of any change, then your access and/or use will be
deemed an acceptance of (and agreement to follow and be bound by) the revised Privacy Policy. The revised
