Computers have become an integral part of our daily lives, and the rapid advancement of computing technology has made automation a common feature in many processes. As automation continues to grow, so does the need to understand how to manage, repair, and maintain the machines-especially the computers that drive these systems.
The reality is that the pace at which children are being taught computer science is not keeping up with the widespread use of computers in everyday life. To truly become proficient, students must study computer science with the same depth and focus as core subjects like English and Math. Only then can they develop the comfort and confidence needed to master the subject.
Recognizing this gap, a group of senior leaders-many of whom are parents of young children-took action by bringing in computer science experts to design a comprehensive educational program. These experts have combined their teaching expertise with industry experience to create a curriculum that is both engaging and guided by teachers, offering a clear pathway to help students bridge the current educational gap in computer science.
